I offer them because I think it will provide the best information and examples to help you guide your mind, body and spirit to better wellness. They are designed to be both simple to use and easy to follow. Some of the resources are free to download, like the 12 meridian stretch guide, and some items are small investments that are supplements to the free guides further your understanding and get the most out of the resource. 

These resources have been accumulated after years of studying heath and wellness learned from the customs and traditions of many cultures. The ideas presented have been studied at the highest academic level in Canada for sports science, but also notably, these practices are inspired from traditions where it has been recognised that people live longer, have a better quality of life, and practice these good lifestyle habits. By applying this information to yourself, you also will be able to examine, understand, and identify areas of your life and body that will help you nurture yourself towards optimal function and the absence of pain and infirmity. But, as a tip, this is primarily achieved through participation in regular exercise, meridian balancing, creating harmony in the body’s processes, and paying attention to a good diet.
